Members subscribe for a share. We have several options for produce pickup.
Farm Pickup (Natrona Heights): - Basic $485
The basic share should easily feed two adults and two young children. - Plus $850
The plus share is essentially double the basic share. - Half $280
Subscribers pick up every other week instead of weekly.
Drop-Off Locations (Phipps, Monroeville, Fox Chapel)*: - Basic $600

Amount of Produce
Most people who do not renew their share typically have a common reason - it was too much for them. We can't tell you what size share will be best for you but if you are unsure, start small. Certainly, there will be enough for you to get the value you want for your dollar. Many subscribers "share a share" with friends or neighbors. You may want to consider this type of arrangement too. Families pick up their produce each Wednesday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM at Blackberry Meadows Farm. All the items are placed in boxes/bins with signs indicating the maximum amount of each item that may be taken. Be sure to BYOB (Bring Your Own Bag)! Drop-Off locations vary on time of pick up. The Phipps (Oakland) pick up are on Wednesdays from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Monroeville (9AM-12PM) and Fox Chapel (9AM-11AM) pick ups are on Saturdays. If you are unable to pick up your share, you may have a friend or family member pick it up. It is your share and you may do with it as you wish. Length of Season
